Sad News: Remembering Coach Canyon Jackson
It is with great sadness that I share the news of the passing of Canyon. He was a driven young man and made a lasting impression on so many in his time at BISD.
I know this news will come as a shock, and I encourage everyone to take the time you need to process it. Next week I will reach out to have support available for anyone who would like to talk or that needs help during this difficult time. Both staff and students will need help and support with this most difficult time.
I will share information about services and arrangements as soon as it becomes available. In the meantime, please keep Canyon's family, friends, and loved ones in your thoughts.
